Welcome Adam!  You came to the right place!  You will NOT be disappointed! Stone's Helmets ROCK!  Be prepared to wait awhile, as there's a LONG line ahead of you for a helmet!  Being the PROUD owner of one of Kent's AWESOME ESB helmets, I can tell you that it WILL be WELL WORTH THE WAIT!duim.gif

His helmets and armor are the BEST, just be prepared to WAIT. On the POSITIVE side I think things are about to pick up since he has his new shop up and running now. So you might not have to wait as LONG as some of us have.happy.gif

Hi all,

My name is Rick Fleuren, and I am just gathering information on how to do an ESB DV, when I hit upon these most beautiful creations!

A little about myself: I am 29 years old, living in the Netherlands. I have been a part of the Dutch Garrison for almost 4 years now, and I may call myself Commanding Officer since 4 months now.

I have a TK costume, a bikerscout costume and a Republic Commando, Delta 62 "Scorch".

Here are some pictures :)

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask ;).

Cheers, Rick

At the risk of loosing some of my man points here. The use of color and subject matter in those photos is just impeccable in both taste, and imagination with lighting effects.

I am impressed. salute.gif

Hi, I'm Justin, and I am working on my own ROTS Vader. I recently joined the SLD forum, and the Carolina Garrison forum. Then I found this place and thought I could learn a lot here, and get any tips or advise from the master (Stone).

I'll start a thread in the next day or so here showing my progress. I have been kind of ignored on the SLD forum, I guess because I am making it it all from scratch. I hope I will get more input here.

I have been making props and costumes for the past 12 years, since I was in high school. I run a sign business, and have access to laser cutters and all kinds of fun prop making equipment.

Here are some of my most recent projects.
Helmet from the movie Gladiator.

Master Chief from Halo

Barrett sniper rifle paintball gun mod.

I look forward to meeting you guys.

Welcome Justin! Those are some cool props you've made! Don't feel like your being ignored in the SLD, I'm a bit of a lurker and often don't post unless I've got something of value to add. If you haven't already you should check out the Replica Prop forum. Most of us are members there as well.

Thanks guys for the welcome.

I am a member of the 405th and Soaring Hammer forums. I've considered joining the RPF, but it seems a little too busy for me. Mabe I will eventually though.

Hello from Sunny England

I am SL1933 of the 501st UK Garrison, real name Laurence, Loz to those that know me. I have been a member of the UKG since early 06. Started with a TK, then moved onto a Cylon and then in 09 made the ultimate journey to the Dark Side.

ESB Vader is my favourite costume, I have helped a few people achieve their dream of becoming the Dark Lord.

A few pics of me

Anyway, so glad I am here and looking forwardto making some new friends and probably catching up with some old one's. I see my friend Rick above me, looking forward to seeing your Vader matey.

All the best

Loz

Great photos guys! Thanks for sharing.
Rick, glad to see you over here. I remember seeing pics of your RC over on CT.net. One of (if not the) best Scorches I've seen. Well done.
